Ordering Information

 

WorkSafe Technologies of Northern California accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Purchase orders are accepted from most schools, government agencies and corporations. Purchase orders must be faxed and require pre-approval. To apply for credit, please fax your standard credit references to 888-858-1410. PO terms are net 30 days. COD orders will not be accepted.

 

Shipping

 

WorkSafe Technologies ships to the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico only. Orders shipping to Canada or Puerto Rico will not be processed until you have been contacted and a freight method and charge is determined either verbally or by email. This may cause delays to your order but this is to protect you from unexpected duty and import tax charges.

 

Our primary shipping method is UPS Ground. Shipping charges apply to all orders. Some orders may ship via the US Postal Service depending upon size and destination.

 

Returns Policy

 

Items may not be returned for warranty or credit without our authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping carton. Authorization numbers are available from the WorkSafe Technologies office. Any returned item which is to be credited against your account must be returned in like new condition. A 20% restocking and testing fee will be charged for non-defective returns to be credited to your account. Returns for non-defective merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days.
